Everything about your order, in one place

Published 3 August 2026

Say hello to the My Order page, the new home base for every ticket buyer. From the order confirmation or personalisation email, buyers land here to view their order and tickets, personalize, share tickets with friends, resell via CM.com Resale or TicketSwap, add tickets to Apple or Google Wallet, or download a freshly redesigned PDF with better fonts and more room for information. And 24 hours before the event, a dedicated scan mode kicks in, so scanning at the door is effortless.

Improved PDF ticket design

Published 3 August 2026

From today, PDF tickets have a refreshed design. We focused on how the information you've added to a ticket is displayed, so everything on the PDF ticket is now clearly readable. The PDF design looks a lot more fancy and modern!

Design your own wallet passes

Published 3 August 2026

You can now design how your tickets look in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. This replaces the old mobile templates. For Apple Wallet, upload an image or set a background colour. Google Wallet currently only supports a background colour. You'll see a live preview of your design as you go. Find the wallet passes designs in the 'Design' category.

Add internal notes to orders

Published 31 July 2026

You can now add notes to an order to record why something happened, for example a refund, a phone call, or an agreement made at the door. Notes appear right next to the rest of the order history, show who wrote them and when, and can be edited or deleted by their author. Notes are only visible internally to your team.

Customize your shop flow with nested shop pages

Published 23 July 2026

You can now nest shop pages within each other. This lets ticket buyers filter down through categories to find their preferred tickets, instead of scrolling past everything. Using nested shop pages creates a more intuitive buying experience, improves ticket discoverability and increases conversion opportunities.

Duplicate event now copies more of your setup

Published 23 July 2026

When you duplicate an event, it now also copies your shops (including pages, settings, and conditional ticketing), all ticket type settings, ticket pools, categories, seated events and some more event settings.

One shop for all your events

Published 20 July 2026

Give your visitors one place to find and buy tickets for all your events. Set it up from the new Audience category in your dashboard: create a page and add the events you want to include. Buyers can browse them as a list, cards, or calendar, and click straight through to buy tickets for the event they want.

Ticket type in multiple pools

Published 16 July 2026

You can now add a ticket type to more than one pool at the same time. The ticket type keeps its own capacity, and it can also be part of any number of shared pools that add combined capacity together with other ticket types. The ticket type's real availability is always the smallest remaining stock among every pool it belongs to, so the lowest capacity always wins. This gives more flexibility when setting up ticket types that need to draw availability from multiple pools.

Set up your pre-registration page

Published 16 July 2026

You can now create and manage a pre-registration page for your event. The pre-registration page is ideal for finding out exactly how much interest there is in your event and provides an opportunity to start collecting data. Go to your event's promotions section, where you'll find a new Pre-registration tab.

Sell tickets via the Spotify integration

Published 8 July 2026

Link your event's performing artists to Spotify. Select the shop you want to connect to Spotify, then add the performing artist by pasting their Spotify artist ID or searching for them in the dialog. Your shop will be promoted via the artist in Spotify. A marketing tracker is created automatically to track how many tickets have been sold via Spotify. Do you want to use this integration? Contact your CM.com contact person!

Redirect ticket buyers to your own configured website after the payment

Published 26 June 2026

You can now set a custom URL where ticket buyers are sent after a successful payment. This is configured in the advanced shop settings. Buyers are briefly sent to your shop first so all tracking events fire correctly, then redirected to your custom URL.

Automatic mail reminders: personalisation, abandoned cart and more

Published 23 June 2026

Set up automatic mail reminders from the dashboard — including abandoned cart reminders, personalisation reminders, and order resends. Sensible defaults are available at event level, with a full overview at account level. Track how your abandoned cart emails are performing with the new marketing trackers, and customize the abandoned cart email using the new email template.

Turn campaigns into conversions with marketing trackers

Published 17 June 2026

Track how your marketing campaigns convert. Create a marketing tracker per ticket shop, pick a channel (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, newsletter and more), and get a unique link to share. Each tracker shows clicks, orders, tickets sold and conversion rate, so you can compare channels and see what works. You can copy, edit or delete a tracker, and you'll also find general shop statistics plus, when abandoned cart emails are enabled, their performance. Find it all in the new Marketing trackers tab under Promotions.

Barcode generator

Published 4 June 2026

You can now generate a large number of barcodes very quickly via the barcode generator feature. Just enter a name, pick a ticket type, enter an amount (up to 3,000) and your barcodes are ready!

Extra information to order confirmation emails per ticket type

Published 26 May 2026

You can now add additional ticket information that appears in the order confirmation email. This extra information is shown in the overview table, directly below the ticket type field. You can enter this additional ticket information in the ticket type settings.

Disable unique personalisation

Published 25 May 2026

You can now disable unique personalisation (email address and phone number) per event. When this setting is disabled, a single customer can claim multiple tickets during personalisation with the same details. You'll find this setting in the event's buyer information settings in the personalisation tab.

Scanning totals

Published 8 May 2026

The scanning module now shows the totals of each column at the bottom of the table, so you can view your scan counts at a glance without adding them up yourself.
