CMS improvements & fixes
Timeslots have been optimized!

 The functionality of timeslots and how to view them has been optimized to make managing slots easier and faster.

What's improved

  • A clearer and more structured overview of timeslots

  • Hovering over a timeslot exception now shows additional details

  • Updated styling for better readability and usability

  • Timeslot exceptions now correctly respect the selected method (add or replace)

These changes make managing timeslots more intuitive and reduce the risk of configuration errors.

CMS improvements & fixes

Several CMS improvements have been released to improve clarity, usability, and export functionality. Find the overview below:

Ticket content & preview

  • Opening hours are no longer shown by default on tickets.

  • Ticket text handling has been improved: line breaks (enters) now behave more logically within text fields.

  • The ticket preview has been updated to better reflect the final customer-facing output.

  • Contact details and opening hours have been removed from the ticket text preview.

CMS usability

  • The pre- and after-visit tester tool in the CMS has been replaced by a clearer and more accurate preview.

  • Info icons have been added to Custom Field 1 and 2, explaining how to assign titles.

  • Timeslots: Additional info icons now explain the difference between overwrite vs add behavior.

  • Timeslots: Priority handling is clarified: the highest number takes precedence.

Exports

  • Email addresses have been added to the gift card export.

  • Payment method information has been added to the standard export.

Release dates

  • January 13, 2026: Ticket content, preview updates, and export improvements

  • January 16, 2026: CMS preview replacing the tester tool

  • January 27, 2026: Info icon explanations for overwrite/add and priority behavior

CMS improvements & fixes

We’ve made several updates to improve clarity, consistency, and usability across the CMS.

Already live

  • “Tussenvoegsel” is now disabled by default

  • Mandatory fields can no longer be set for inactive personal data fields

  • Order management now clearly shows cancelled orders and uses correct time formatting

  • Improved texts and labels across ticket streets, restrictions, groupings, and date/time slot steps

  • Audiotour purchase limits are now aligned with the number of tickets

  • Improved defaults for upsell, extra information, and donations

  • Pagination increased from 15 to 25 items per page

  • Additional info icons added where helpful

  • Various terminology and UI clean-ups (ticket groups, previews, custom fields, and more)

Currently in review

  • Default opening hours on tickets

  • Enter-key behavior in ticket text fields

  • Improved accuracy of the ticket preview

  • Removal of contact details and opening hours from the ticket text preview

These updates focus on making the CMS more intuitive, consistent, and easier to manage.
